The ICC prosecutor has issued charges against Sudan’s president with genocide. Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has said President Omar Hassan al-Bashir will be charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes. “The facts show” al-Bashir was involved directly with widespread genocide in Sudan.
